The National Whale Centre Development Trust is a registered New Zealand charitable trust and all transactions will be billed in New Zealand dollars.
Refunds
We cannot give refunds on memberships however we will refund or replace defective merchandise.
Shipping
Memberships, donations and associated gifts do not incur shipping charges.
For all other items shipping is calculated after a destination address has been entered. For bulk orders please contact info@nwc.org.nz to get a quote on shipping rates.
Delivery time within New Zealand is approximately 1 week. Please allow up to 5 weeks for international orders.
If delivery is to be delayed, the cardholder will be notified of the delay and an option provided to obtain a refund.
